Please note, this is a one-of-a-kind ring made for our ARTring 2022 exhibition. ARTring is an annual celebration of bold design and craftmanship showcasing masterful creations from over 40 unique designers. The ARTring event is hosted in the gallery from November to January. Each ARTring comes with a dedicated Story Card featuring a sketch and quote from the designer.

Eily O Connell conjures up unique treasures inspired by morphing enchanted natural forms. Eily’s organic style and fascination with nature flows from her childhood growing up on the wild Donegal coast in Ireland. Her sculptural jewels reflect the influence of the soul found in such beautifully rugged terrains. Intricate detailing forms a unique experience in each jewel. Ethereal artistry is experienced through alluring gemstones and flourishes of kiln fired enamel. All culminating in this eclectic style which documents specimens into golden memories.

Eily says about her Art Ring:

“Inspired by our ocean which we must care for. With swatches of ocean coloured enamel, sapphires and an old cut diamond nestled in, this ring is suitable for any mermaid.”
