Tomfoolery Absolu ‘Continuous’ Art Ring with Sapphires Hot

Please note, this is a one-of-a-kind ring made for our ARTring 2022 exhibition. ARTring is an annual celebration of bold design and craftmanship showcasing masterful creations from over 40 unique designers. The ARTring event is hosted in the gallery from November to January. Each ARTring comes with a dedicated Story Card featuring a sketch and quote from the designer.

Marion Lebouteiller draws inspiration from her French surroundings but also from the Japanese culture and the “Wabi-Sabi” philosophy: the beauty of things imperfect, impermanent and incomplete. Today, her background as a sculptor in a bronze foundry deeply influences her approach to contemporary art jewellery.

Marion Says about her Art Ring:

“A poetic piece endlessly flowing around your finger and enhanced with scattered sapphires for a touch of subtle colours.”
